As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I may be accepted by other insurance plans as an out-of-network provider of psychotherapy. However, full payment for my services is the client’s responsibility and is due at the time of service. I accept Visa, Mastercard, health savings account debit cards, personal checks and cash. Upon your request, I can then generate a statement to you for you to furnish to your insurance company. I do not have any dealings with insurance companies directly other than those listed above and I can make no guarantee that your insurance will cover my services to any extent. If you are dependent upon a reimbursement from your insurance company, you may want to verify coverage with them.
